A "perfect" location "convenient to everything" in Downtown Annapolis, this "well-maintained" hotel is a "wonderful find" for those who also appreciate a "consistently professional" staff and "great" beds; but the "old and slow elevator", "small" rooms with "paper-thin" walls and an "understaffed" restaurant that "closes too early" detract from an otherwise "comfortable" stay.

Location.

Old and dated hotel.

While this Sheraton Hotel was indeed viewed at one time as upscale, it is not any longer, the rooms were clean, but no special amenities, the bar/lobby old and restaurant not worth mentioning.

Called ahead asking for double bed with a connecting door, without a problem, they were very nice about it.

I was very happy about the accomadations, and the desk personel very helpful.

Sound proofing horrible, elevators terrible,

Rooms are terribly sound proofed. Could hear everyone coming through the hallways. Had a connecting door and were awakened by children at 7 am, sounding as if in the room. Elevators slow and a bit scary. Great business facilities, ie free printing and computer use. ...read more

Not a 3.5 star hotel.

The Sheraton Hotel in Annapolis, is convenient to shopping and eating areas. The hotel is clean, but not what I would consider a 3.5 star hotel, maybe a 2.5 to 3.
